- glutinous rice 500 gm
- water 250ml
- salt to taste
- vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce to taste
- chinese mushroom 10 pcs
- can / steam peanut 500 gm
- vegetarian mock duck 300 gm
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sugar to taste
- vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce to taste
- vegetarian mushroom powder seasoning

- oil
- rice flour 500 gm
- tapioca flour 40 gm
- water 1200 ml
- red color
- oil
Procedure:
- wash and soak rice for 6-8 hours
- steam for 20 - 30 mins
- add water, salt and mushroom oyster sauce to taste, mix well
- steam another 30 mins
- diced mushroom, peanuts, mock duck
- heat wok with oil
- fry diced mushroom, peanuts and mock duck
- add salt, pepper, mushroom oyster sauce, mushroom powder
- add some water, fry till well mix
- add to cooked rice and mixed well, set aside to cool
- into a pot, add rice flour, tapioca flour, water and red color
- mix well, cook into a dough over fire, stirring continously
- dust some tapioca flour on to worktop
- adda little oil to dough, knead until smooth, divide into small dough
- flatter dough and wrap with rice filling
- put into mould, press to shape,
- steam ro 5 mins, remove cover to dry, steam another 5 mins
- repeat. total steam for 15 mins
- oil steam kueh, serve
- maybe pan fry before serving
