- self raising flour 500 gm
- brown sugar 250 gm
- coffee powder 2 - 3 tbsp
- cocoa powder 2 - 3 tbsp
- vegetable oil
- water 250 ml
- additional water 250 ml
- mix flour, brown sugar, water, additional water till smooth and runny
- divide mixture into two portion
- add coffee powder to one, cocoa powder to the other, mix well
- brush mould with some oil, pour mixture and fill up mould,
- dip spatula in vegetable oil and cut into mixture forming a cross
- steam for 20 to 30 mins for small mould (45 - 60 mins for bigger mould)
- pierce the middle of the cake with skewer, its done when it comes out dry
