- sweet potato 250 gm
- water 2.75 bowl
- wheat flour 200 gm
- glutinous rice flour 600 gm
- brown sugar 100 gm
- custard powder 6 tbsp
- red bean paste / peanut paste / lotus seed paste balls
- sesame seed
Procedure:
- cook and mash sweet potato, set aside
- in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, add 1.50 bowl hot water
- mix into a dough, set aside
- in another mixing bowl add glutinous rice flour, sugar, sweet potato, custard powder
- knead into a dough, add a little oil, knead again. rest for 10 mins
- divide into small portion, roll and flatten, wrap with paste balls
- dip into water, coat with sesame seed,
- roll with both palm to press in sesame seed, set aside
- heat oil, deep fry ball till golden brown, serve
