- wheat starch 600 gm
- tapioca flour 300 gm

Procedure:
- heat wok with oil ... add mushrooom ... fry till fragrant
- add carrots, turnips, mock duck ... stir fry and mix well
- add salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil ... stir and mix welll
- add tapioca flour .. stir and mix well ... set aside
- add wheat starch, tapioca flour, salt, sugar in a bowl
- add 500 bowl of hot water ... stir well into a dough
- add 4tbsp oil ... knead until smooth set aside ...
- the dough is hot ... use a cloth glove under the plastic glove to knead
- roll into a long log ... divide into equal portion
- flatten each portion ... wrap with a portion of filling ... fold and shape
- steam for 10 mins ... oil surface of dumplings ... serve hot
