If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Vegetarian Crystal Dumplings

Ingredients:
  • oil
  • mock duck cut into strips
  • chinese mushroom 8 no cut into strips
  • carrots 2 no cut into strips
  • turnip 1 kg cut into strips
  • parsley cut into strips
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • sesame oil
  • tapioca flour
 
  • wheat starch 600 gm
  • tapioca flour 300 gm
  • salt 
  • sugar


Procedure:

  1. heat wok with oil ... add mushrooom ... fry till fragrant
  2. add carrots, turnips, mock duck ... stir fry and mix well
  3. add salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil ... stir and mix welll
  4. add tapioca flour .. stir and mix well ... set aside

  1. add wheat starch, tapioca flour, salt, sugar in a bowl
  2. add 500 bowl of hot water ... stir well into a dough
  3. add 4tbsp oil ... knead until smooth set aside ... 
  4. the dough is hot ... use a cloth glove under the plastic glove to knead
  5. roll into a long log ... divide into equal portion
  6. flatten each portion ... wrap with a portion of filling ... fold and shape
  7. steam for 10 mins ... oil surface of dumplings ... serve hot
