- rice flour 600 gm
- corn flour 2 tbsp
- room temperature water 800 ml
- hot water 1600 ml
- oil 2 tbsp
- salted vegetable
- sugar
- oil
Procedure:
- soak, rinse and strain salted vegetable to reduce salt
- fry salted vegetable over low fire till fragrant
- add sugar, black soy sauce, set aside
- mix rice flour, corn flour, water in a pot
- add hot water, oil and stir well
- over low fire, keep stirring till it thickens
- remove from heat, spoon into oiled moulds
- steam on high heat for 10-15 mins
- cool, unmould, serve with fried salted vegetable.
- garnish with chilli and parsley
