- wheat / hong kong flour 500 gm
- salt
- sugar
- bean curd
- chinese mushroom
- chineses cabbage
- carrots
- salt
- sugar
- pepper
- tapioca flour
- ginger
- sugar
- black vinegar
- fry sliced beacurd, nushroom, cabbage, carrots
- add salt, sugar, pepper, ... mix well
- add tapioca flour and mix well immediately ... set aside
- mix hong kong flour, salt, sugar with warm water
- knead into a dough ... divide into small equal portion
- press and flatten each dough ... wrap with filling
- fold edge with pattern
- heat oil in a non stick frying pan ...
- pan fry base of dumpling ... add water to cover until dumpling cook
- remove and serve with sliced ginger in black vinegar
Note:
- you may buy ready made dumpling wrap from the supermarket
