- apple red or green 500 g
- sugar 400 g
- unsalted butter 4 tbsp
- starch
- cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- rum flavor
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- salt
Skin:
- plain flour 500 g
- icing sugar 1 tbsp
- unsalted butter 100 g
- water 200 - 250 ml
Procedure:
- peel apple, cut intp small pieces ... add sugar, butter ... cook for 20 mins ...
- sprinkle starch, add cinnamom powder, rum, lemon juice, salt ...
- mix well ... till almost dry .. set aside to cool
- mix ingredient for skin in a mixing bowl ... knead into a dough ... divide into portion
- roll each portion into a rectangle ... add filling ... fold and seal with fork
- deep fried till golden brown
