- mock duck 500 g
- vegetarian duck meat 500 g
- vegetarian cahr siew 500 gm
- eggs 10 optional
- chinese mushroom 20 no
- carrot 1/2
- water chestnut 500 g
- chinese parsley
- potato flour 2 tbsp
- wanton skin 1 kg
- pepper
- vegetarian mushroom sauce
- mushroom seasoning powder
- oil
Procedure:
- heat oil fry till fragrant mushroom ... add mushroom sauce
- add mock duck, duck meat, char siew ... some water
- add water chestnut, carrots ... some water
- add mushroom seasoning, sesame oil
- off fire ... spinkle potato floor ... and egg if use ... mix well
- wrap a spoonful of filling with a piece of wanton shin ... shape into siew mai
- place siew mai ... top side down on oiled steam sheet ... steam for 15 mins
