Vegetarian Siew Mai

Ingredients:
  • mock duck 500 g
  • vegetarian duck meat 500 g
  • vegetarian cahr siew 500 gm
  • eggs 10  optional
  • chinese mushroom 20 no
  • carrot 1/2
  • water chestnut 500 g
  • chinese parsley
  • potato flour 2 tbsp
  • wanton skin 1 kg
  • pepper
  • vegetarian mushroom sauce
  • mushroom seasoning powder
  • oil

Procedure:
  1. heat oil fry till fragrant mushroom ... add mushroom sauce
  2. add mock duck, duck meat, char siew ... some water
  3. add water chestnut, carrots ... some water
  4. add mushroom seasoning, sesame oil
  5. off fire ... spinkle potato floor ... and egg if use ... mix well
  6. wrap a spoonful of filling with a piece of wanton shin ... shape into siew mai
  7. place siew mai ... top side down on oiled steam sheet ... steam for 15 mins
