- pumpkin, cooked and mashed 1 kg
- glutinous rice flour 500 gm
- salt
- water
- cooking oil 2 tbsp
- mushrooms diced 100 gm
- carrots diced 100 gm
- celery diced 100 gm
- watre chestnuts diced 300 gm
- vegetarian pork rib diced 500 gm
- vegetarian chicken nugget diced 300 gm
- water
- tapioca flour
- soy bean paste
- sugar
- sesame oil pepper
Procedure:
- mix pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, salt, water in a mixing bowl
- knead into a dough, set aside covered
- heat wok with some oil, fry mushroom till fragrant
- add carrots, celery, vegetarian meat, water chestnut
- season with soy bean paste, sugar, pepper, sesame oil
- add some water, stir fry till almost dry
- sprinkle some tapioca flour and stir immediately
- set aside to cool before use
- divide pumpkin dough into equal portion
- wrap a spoonful of stir fry vegetables with the pumpkin dough
- shape into a round ball
- used the back of knife or spoon to mark the ball with eight section
- decorate with a parsley stem
- steam for about 10 mins, brush with oil over surface, serve
