- turnips 2 kg
- carrots 100 gm
- beancurd 2 pcs
- chinese mushroom 10 no
- salt
- pepper
- mushroom seasoning powder
- rice flour 600gm
- tapioca flour 4 tbsp
- glutinous rice flour 1 tbsp
- oil 3 tbsp
- hot water 5 bowls
- sugar 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
Procedure:
- peel, wash, cut turnips, carrots into strips.
- wash and cut mushroom into strips
- heat oil, fry beancurd ... slice into strips
- heat oil, fry mushroom ... add turnips, carrots, beancurd strips
- stir fry, mix well, add salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning powder
- sprinkle some tapioca flour, stir and mix well immediately, set aside
- in a mixing bowl, add rice flour, tapioca flour, glutinous rice flour
- add sugar, salt into hot water, mix well
- add to flour and knead into a dough, add oil, knead into dough
- divide into portion and wrap each portion with filling
- steam for 15 min, brush oil over steam kueh
- serve with chilli and sweet black sauce
