- white bread
- french beans
- radish
- carrots

- bread crumbs
- plain flour
- water
Procedure:
- cut vegetables, vegetarian meat into strips
- season and stir fry till fragrant, set aside
- prepare a bowl of plain flour with water
- prepare a bowl of sesame seed
- trim off edge from bread
- lay slice of bread on sushi mat
- place mix vegetable on slice bread
- applied starch to one edge and roll up with sushi mat
- dip in batter, coat with bread crumbs
- fold in both edges
- deep fry till golden brown
