- yam / pumpkin 350 gm
- mushroom (optional)
- rice flour 600 gm
- corn flour 2 tbsp
- water 2100 ml
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- five spice powder
- chilli
- coriander
Procedure:
- peel, wash, cut into cubes, steam till cook, mash is optional, set aside
- saute mushroom cubes, set aside
- in a pot add flour, water, salt, pepper, sugar, spice powder, mix well
- add cooked yam / pumpkin, mushroom, mix well
- over low fire stir continously till thicken
- transfer into a steam tray, oil surface, cling wrap
- steam for 45 mins, slice before serving
- serve with chilli, coriander
