- coconut milk 750 ml
- sugar 375 gm
- fresh milk 500 ml
- big sago 300 gm
- watermelon cubes
- water chestnut cubes
- sweet potatoes cubes
- tapioca flour
Procedure:
- boil water, put sago into hot water, leave it for 20 mins, drain
- repeat process until the center of sago is cook, about 3 times
- rinse with cold water, set aside
- peel, wash and cut into cube sweet potatoes, steam till cook
- peel, cut water chestnut into cubes, add color and coat with tapioca flour
- mix tapioca flour with hot water, knead into a dough
- take a small portion of dough, wrap water chestnut with dough
- boil water and cook water chestnut wrap in tapioca dough
- simmer coconut milk, fresh milk, sugar over low fire, do not boil
- add cooked water chestnut, sweet potato, sago
- serve cold
