If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Watermelon Sago Dessert

Ingredients:
  • coconut milk 750 ml
  • sugar 375 gm
  • fresh milk 500 ml
  • big sago 300 gm
  • watermelon cubes
  • water chestnut cubes
  • sweet potatoes cubes
  • tapioca flour

Procedure:
  1.  boil water, put sago into hot water, leave it for 20 mins, drain
  2. repeat process until the center of sago is cook, about 3 times
  3. rinse with cold water, set aside

  1. peel, wash and cut into cube sweet potatoes, steam till cook
  2. peel, cut water chestnut into cubes, add color and coat with tapioca flour
  3. mix tapioca flour with hot water, knead into a dough
  4. take a small portion of dough, wrap water chestnut with dough
  5. boil water and cook water chestnut wrap in tapioca dough

  1. simmer coconut milk, fresh milk, sugar over low fire, do not boil
  2. add cooked water chestnut, sweet potato, sago
  3. serve cold
