Food Allergy

If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Sesame Seed Ball

Ingredients:
  • sweet potato 250 gm
  • water 2.75 bowl
  • wheat flour 200 gm
  • glutinous rice flour 600 gm
  • brown sugar 100 gm
  • custard powder 6 tbsp
  • red bean paste / peanut paste / lotus seed paste balls 
  • sesame seed

Procedure:
  1. cook and mash sweet potato, set aside
  2. in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, add 1.50 bowl hot water
  3. mix into a dough, set aside
  4. in another mixing bowl add glutinous rice flour, sugar, sweet potato, custard powder
  5. knead into a dough, add a little oil, knead again. rest for 10 mins
  6. divide into small portion, roll and flatten, wrap with paste balls
  7. dip into water, coat with sesame seed, 
  8. roll with both palm to press in sesame seed, set aside
  9. heat oil, deep fry ball till golden brown, serve
